Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted just in case your product is faulty, just contact me and I can arrange to refund or exchange and I may ask you to return certain items with reinbursed shipping costs .
All products are wrapped very carefully with recycled materials, but I am unfortunately not responsible for lost or damaged products in transit caused by Royal Mail or the courier companies.
If a product is unsuitable an exchange may be possible (although the customer is responsble to pay the return shipping costs) but not a refund.
Please be aware that each product is unique and made to order and may vary slightly to the original images.
